Bill Trainor—An industry veteran who founded the agency in 1981. Based in Noblesville, Bill covers key accounts in and around Indianapolis. Bill also oversees all operations in the warehouse. Bill began his career in the distribution industry serving as National Sales Manager for Service Supply Corporation. After starting the agency and selling in IN, KY and MI, Bill continues to service Indiana accounts and acts as Sales Manager to the Trainor sales team

Ian Jones, CPMR—Joined the agency in 1994 and became a partner in 1996. Ian has 20 years of industry experience working as a representative and also directly for manufacturers. Ian worked for USE Diamond (MKT Fastening) and True Temper Hardware after graduating from York College. He earned is MBA in 2004 and became a “Certified Manufacturers Representative” in 2007. Based in Medina, Ohio he covers Ohio and Western Pennsylvania

Chris Gauche, CSP—Joined the agency in 2003 after beginning his career as a manufactures representative in the safety industry. Chris earned his CSP designation in 2005. Chris has over 10 years of experience as a Manufacturers’ Representative dealing with all levels of the supply chain. Based in Cincinnati, Ohio he covers Southwestern Ohio and Kentucky.
